The User Guide for developers includes short description of instructions with links on how to build a running CloudWave solution.
Installing the components:
- Install in each OpenStack Compute Node the CloudWave Ceilometer Agent (cw-agent):
 - Install in the OpenStack Ceilometer Collector machine the CloudWave Dispatcher plugin (cw-dispatcher):
 - Install in an Apache Tomcat instance Ceiloesper (ATOS):
 - Install in an Apache Tomcat  instance SLA manager (ATOS). The SLA Manager is just the backend and can  be found here:

- Copy adaptationresponse.py into /usr/lib/heat and restart Heat
 
 - Install in the OpenStack Ceilometer Collector machine the Network monitoring plugin
 - Install in the OpenStack Horizon machine the CloudWave Dashboard:
 - Install in each OpenStack Compute Node Cwdcontroller service:
 - Install in each virtual machine (Ubuntu based: 14.X or 16.X) deployed through OpenStack Heat inside a stack the CloudWave Probe (including the CloudWave .so library):
